Can we think in harmony or be captured by negativity?
The mind can be a place of freedom or a place of confinement—it all depends on how we engage with it.
Negative thoughts visit everyone. They’re part of being human. What matters isn’t their presence, but whether we allow them to take hold. These thoughts often appear convincing, asking for our attention by making us feel like they’re worth exploring.
When we learn to let unhelpful thoughts pass instead of pulling us under, clarity begins to form. The mind becomes less of a battleground and more of a space for understanding, relief and choice.
With practice, we can learn to hold onto to thoughts that uplift us and release the ones that don’t—creating room for calm, perspective and forward movement.
These are things worth contemplating..
